| The Sheraton is a good place to stay all in all. The doors connecting the rooms are a little too thin as you could hear the guest next door. |

| Whirlpool is not open same hours as fitness center - although website and hotel literature leads you to believe it is. Sink was clogged in our bathroom. We were not given a key to fitness center at check in. Had to request if after realizing we couldn't access fitness center. Sauna in fitness center didn't work. |

| Very nice hotel. Everyone was sooo nice and helpful! I left my wine opener in my car, which was parked via vallet, and I didn't want to bother them to get the car JUST for that. Someone in maintainence overheard me talking about it and had a wine opener in my room before I even got back to the room! Awesome location! Very attentive staff. Will defiantly stay there again. |

| This property has been rebranded as a Sheraton. While it is close to Crown Center and you can walk to the shopping area in an enclosed walkway, the rest of the neighborhood is sketchy. I do not like hotels that charge for internet use in your room, as this property does. Also $19 per night for parking is on the high side. |

| We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was fast and very friendly. Our room was very clean. We needed more towels and coffee and when we called for them they very promptly brought them. It was just overall a great stay. Thank you. |

| Upon arrival, the valet were very nice and gentlemanly. While the check in line was very long, the staff was very friendly, obviously like their jobs. I paid for the "Family Vacation" package, which included breakfast. It didn't say we had to have the buffet, but our server insisted we did have to have the buffet. They were out of a lot of stuff at the buffet, which was also disappointing. Gravy was different on the two days we were there. Room service was good, surprisingly good pizza. The Skies lounge was awesome, as was the view from our room, which was very comfortable except for the party going on next door. Pool was great, not too crowded, had ice water available (free of charge), which was nice. Bed was comfy. At the end of our stay we called for a bellman, waited 30 min (10min after they called and told us one was on the way up) and then just loaded up our stuff on our arms and left. Asked the Gift Shop for change to tip the valet, but they wouldn't give it to me, was told to stand in the very long check in line. Valet was again very nice, fast and helpful. Hotel was nice, we had fun, but the service lacked. It really is a fantastic location, too. |

| We stayed here quite often years ago but hadn't been for a while. We wanted something close to Power and Light District. While we did enjoy our stay, there were a couple things that we would have liked to have had and might be a determining factor when deciding to return: (1) coffee pot in room - hardly any hotel doesn't have one of these anymore. We had to get dressed and go down and stand in line at Starbucks just for a cup. (2) no shuttle to Power & Light. (except for concert nights). |
